About Abeingo UK

Abeingo Community Network (ACN) was created to advance the cause of the Luhya people who come from one of the poorest regions of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Although based in the United Kingdom, ACN hopes to include all Luhya in the diaspora and link the global caucus with grassroots in East and Central Africa through a versatile branch network. A fundamental aspect of ACN work involves sensitising our people to believe in themselves and fight for their rights to food, shelter, healthcare, education, information, work and secure environment. ACN believes in the values of equality, fairness and justice and outlaws discrimination on account race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, religious and political persuasion. ACN is non partisan and independent of any political, sectarian or religious doctrines
